Growing up as a child in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, I came to love the local cuisine and the abundance of fresh seafood on the island. Love of the Caribbean and its food have helped make this restaurant a reality. My wonderful wife, Laurie, has a passion for Southern cooking and you will find a splendid southern twist in the menu, such as the Kentucky Hot Brown, Corn Pudding and Fried Green Tomatoes.
All our food is made fresh daily. The herbs used in our delicious dishes are grown in our garden here at the restaurant. We invite you to tour the garden and allow your taste buds to be teased by the scent of parsley, basil and rosemary and walk our boardwalk to see what’s jumping.
